Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Director to own audience growth, launch strategy, ad operations, engagement, and revenue-driving marketing execution across the entire IRONCLAD ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Originals, Studios, Social, Distribution, Audience growth, Ad buying, Newsletter strategy, Launch campaigns, and Cross-network monetization.
What You Will Do
You will work directly with leadership, production, creative, and sales teams to help turn shows, films, podcasts, and IP into scalable audience machines. You will build and execute launch plans for new original franchises and shows, own IRONCLAD’s social media strategy and publishing cadence, and drive opens, CTR, engagement, and conversions through weekly newsletter strategy and execution.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of audience-building and modern media ecosystems, experience running social media and paid media campaigns, and experience managing launches and content rollouts. Bonus points for experience in podcast, media, entertainment, or creator ecosystems, and familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation systems.
