Role Overview
ISEAL is seeking an experienced communications professional to bring ISEAL’s narrative to life. The role involves content creation, writing, and campaigns strategy experience. The ideal candidate is a strategically minded storyteller who thrives in a mission-driven environment.
What You Will Do
The Associate Manager will develop and deliver high-quality content, including thought leadership campaigns, and amplify the work of project and programme teams. They will also review, edit, and advise on content produced by colleagues and consultants.

Requirements
- Significant professional experience in content creation and campaign delivery
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills
- Familiarity with podcasts and digital storytelling formats
- Strong campaign planning experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex sustainability and technical topics into clear, engaging messaging
- Proven track record of developing and delivering campaigns that increase reach and engagement
- Experience reviewing, editing, and signing off on communications materials
- Experience of maintaining brand voice and quality
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
