Data Scientist – Predictive Analytics

Role Overview

The Data Scientist – Predictive Analytics will support JANSON’s work to advance Army logistics through predictive analytics, data science, and emerging artificial intelligence capabilities.

What You Will Do

Assist with preparing data, developing and evaluating models, and maintaining analytics products that support logistics and sustainment decisions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The candidate must possess an active Secret security clearance or be eligible and able to obtain and maintain one, and have foundational academic, internship, research, or professional experience in an operational environment.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain one
• Foundational proficiency in Python and SQL
• Ability to summarize data, methods, assumptions, and results in clear language for technical and operational stakeholders
• Ability to follow established processes, maintain accurate documentation, and complete assigned work with appropriate review
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
