Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing – Trauma

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing – Trauma will lead global promotion of the VOLT Plating Platform, shape and expand the VOLT narrative, and create scalable campaigns and high-impact assets and programs to strengthen awareness, engagement, and fuel growth of the platform.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include market and customer insight, narrative and messaging, agency leadership, global promotional strategy, high-impact asset development, global and regional partnership, campaign activation and measurement.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of dynamic business experience in marketing, agency, public relations, or related functions/business experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical device or other healthcare regulated environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; An MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of dynamic business experience in any of the following areas: Marketing, Agency, Public Relations or related functions/business experience is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Medical Device or other healthcare regulated environment is preferred.
• Demonstratable experience developing and executing brand campaigns, launching products, services and programs to the healthcare community is required.
• Orthopedics experience is preferred.
• Experience interacting with surgeon customers and sales force is preferred.
• Sales experience is beneficial.
• The ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment and be comfortable making informed decisions with incomplete information is required
• Demonstration of the ability to partner cross functionally in a matrixed organization, influencing without authority is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required.
• The ability to work in a hands–on, fast paced, customer focused environment; Worldwide or international experience is preferred.
