Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, AI, and data-driven growth, focused on shaping next-generation solutions for customer intelligence and personalized engagement. You will define and evolve strategic offerings that help organizations transform how they acquire, engage, and retain customers in real time.
What You Will Do
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Customer Intelligence & Growth offerings, ensuring they address key client challenges in acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will build and scale solution assets, design and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies, and partner with ecosystem and technology providers.

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or solution ownership within marketing, customer intelligence, or personalization domains
- Strong expertise in strategic offering design, including market analysis, value proposition development, and business case creation
- Hands-on knowledge of marketing and personalization technologies, including platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Looker
- Understanding of Gen AI concepts and enterprise applications such as Gemini or Vertex AI is highly desirable
- Proven ability to design and execute GTM strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with an ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous settings
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree and relevant cloud certifications are a plus
