Analytics Manager

What You Will Do

Define and execute the overall analytics strategy, lead a team of data analysts and BI professionals, build and scale a robust analytics framework, and partner with business and technical teams to translate complex challenges into actionable insights and analytics solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
• At least 3+ years in team leadership
• Strong expertise in SQL and data visualization tools
• Experience with data warehousing technologies and familiarity with ETL processes
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing multicultural or distributed teams is highly desirable
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field preferred
