Role Overview
In this strategic client-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key insurance carrier accounts, driving long-term growth, retention, and value creation across a defined portfolio. You will be responsible for building and nurturing senior-level relationships with executives and decision-makers, deeply understanding their business priorities, and aligning tailored solutions that address operational and strategic challenges.
What You Will Do
You will own the end-to-end client lifecycle, from opportunity identification through solution delivery and expansion. This role requires a strong command of the insurance ecosystem, particularly within carrier organizations, combined with a consultative and insight-driven sales approach.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, strategic account management, or consultative sales
- Strong experience selling into the insurance industry, with a focus on carrier organizations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets in complex, relationship-driven environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of insurance operations and the ability to translate client needs into tailored business solutions
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional industry certifications are a plus
