Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B channel sales, alliance management, or partner ecosystem development within enterprise software or cloud environments
- Strong experience working with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) and/or global system integrators
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through partner-led or co-sell motions
- Deep understanding of cloud marketplaces, co-sell frameworks, and complex enterprise deal structures
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to build scalable go-to-market and partnership strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior executives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively across strategic and operational levels
- Experience in demand generation, partner enablement, and joint pipeline development programs
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments
