This role sits at the center of marketing execution for large-scale, location-based entertainment experiences, ensuring that campaigns, assets, and promotional initiatives move smoothly from intake to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional workflows across creative, marketing, legal, and external partners while keeping complex approval processes on track.

What You Will Do

You will oversee the end-to-end coordination of marketing operations workflows, ensuring all campaign requests, assets, and approvals are properly tracked, prioritized, and delivered on time. You will manage intake processes, distribute briefs, and maintain visibility across multiple concurrent projects while supporting cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, creative operations, or related roles
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of workflow management, asset tracking, and approval processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate feedback into clear action items
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously with strong time management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and operational teams
  • Familiarity with licensor/IP approval workflows is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality
