Role Overview
This role sits at the center of a multi-brand, high-growth SaaS marketing engine, where you will own the performance of key digital acquisition channels and the conversion health of core web properties.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for driving measurable pipeline impact across paid media, SEO/AEO foundations, and website conversion optimization, managing external agency partners, and ensuring every initiative ladders up to CAC and revenue outcomes.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
- Proven experience managing or closely partnering with external paid media agencies with accountability for performance outcomes
- Strong background in website performance optimization, CRO, and conversion funnel analysis
- Ability to interpret paid media performance data and identify optimization opportunities independently
- Familiarity with technical SEO/AEO concepts including schema, site architecture, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEMrush or equivalent
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working in data-heavy environments and making decisions based on performance insights
