This role is designed for a data-driven growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of enterprise sales, demand generation, and revenue operations. The Enterprise Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute targeted marketing programs that drive account engagement, accelerate pipeline creation, and support revenue growth across strategic enterprise segments.

What You Will Do

Lead the execution and optimization of enterprise marketing campaigns across paid media, website channels, SEO initiatives, lifecycle programs, and account-based marketing efforts. Monitor campaign performance and funnel metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in paid media platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, display advertising, and retargeting strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and CMS, including workflow automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign, funnel, and attribution data into strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, technical website optimization, content discoverability, and AI-driven search trends.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams, revenue operations, creative agencies, and cross-functional business partners.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and their application to personalization, content creation, campaign optimization, and operational efficiency.
