Field Marketing Engineer – Agriculture

Role Overview

This role plays a key part in shaping and expanding the presence of an agriculture-focused product portfolio across the market. You will act as the technical bridge between innovation, sales, and customers, driving demand generation through hands-on field engagement, demonstrations, and technical presentations.

What You Will Do

Conduct field visits, demonstrations (field and laboratory), trainings, and presentations to promote products and solutions. Support the sales team in handling customer complaints, product positioning, and technical-commercial communication.

Requirements

• Strong technical grounding in agriculture or chemistry
• Field-based marketing and product development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or technical field marketing roles
• Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency
• Strong knowledge of agricultural chemistry, phytotechnics, and application technologies
• Experience with agricultural input formulations and preferably adjuvants
• Ability to conduct field trials, interpret data, and translate findings into commercial insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience collaborating with sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple field and project activities
