Role Overview
This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing SaaS environment, focused on driving revenue expansion within an existing customer base. You will design and execute data-driven, full-funnel marketing programs that increase product adoption, deepen engagement, and generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What You Will Do
Lead the development and execution of customer growth marketing initiatives, design and execute full-funnel customer marketing campaigns, own end-to-end campaign execution, and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for targeted engagement and lifecycle marketing.

Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on customer growth, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation in SaaS environments
- Proven experience building and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable campaign strategies
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini or similar) to support segmentation, content generation, or workflow automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-centric messaging
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and marketing teams
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
