Role Overview
This is a high-impact growth leadership position focused on owning and scaling the conversion and landing page ecosystem for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement brand operating at significant monthly revenue scale.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for optimizing the full funnel performance across acquisition channels, ensuring that every landing page is continuously tested, measured, and improved based on real business outcomes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in building, managing, or optimizing high-performance landing pages and sales funnels
- Strong background in direct-response marketing, DTC, performance marketing, or CRO-focused environments
- Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B tests and making decisions based on quantitative performance data
- Deep understanding of conversion principles, user psychology, customer journeys, and funnel optimization strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and conversion metrics to drive decisions
- Experience working closely with paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, or native advertising platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong copywriting evaluation and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
