• Experience designing and executing customer acquisition strategies for high-value or high-net-worth customer segments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align global and local priorities effectively.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and growth strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, structured thinking, and execution discipline.
• Experience working in fast-paced scale-up environments; prior exposure to fintech or crypto organizations is highly desirable.
• Existing network within relevant marketing, crypto, or digital finance ecosystems is a strong advantage.
