Role Overview

This is a high-impact strategic analytics role at the intersection of sales, operations, and executive decision-making within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will partner closely with senior leaders to analyze business performance, uncover growth opportunities, and shape data-driven sales strategies that directly influence revenue outcomes.

What You Will Do

Analyze sales and revenue performance data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and growth opportunities. Build, maintain, and present executive-level KPI dashboards, reports, and insights to senior leadership. Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity, operational efficiency, and go-to-market effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in business analysis, sales strategy, revenue operations, or a similar data-driven role in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Strong expertise in translating large, complex datasets into clear business insights and strategic recommendations
  • Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau
  • Proficiency in SQL, with additional exposure to Python or R considered a plus
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking with experience defining KPIs and building scalable reporting frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Experience working autonomously while driving cross-functional alignment and influence
