Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing insurance sales team within a fast-growing, remote-first environment. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, coaching frontline professionals, and improving customer outcomes.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Coach, mentor, and empower a team of 12–14 sales agents in a fast-paced call-center environment.

Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years managing sales representatives or agents.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) insurance license.
- Proven success achieving and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of the full insurance sales lifecycle, with the ability to train teams and improve sales processes.
- Experience using CRM platforms, reporting tools, and data insights to guide business decisions.
- Ability to coach diverse teams, identify development opportunities, and motivate employees toward shared goals.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with a proactive and positive mindset.

- Competitive compensation with an on-target earnings range of $110,000–$120,000, including a base salary of $80,000–$85, plus sales incentives.
