What You Will Do
Drive sales performance, build and maintain client relationships, identify customer needs, and recommend health and benefits solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in coaching sessions and training.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven success in inside sales, consultative sales, or customer-facing sales roles
- Strong ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and influence decision-making through trusted relationships
- Demonstrated experience working in high-volume call environments with strong performance accountability
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative and contractual processes
- Motivation to succeed in a performance-based compensation environment
- Willingness to obtain required industry licensing as part of onboarding
