Role Overview
This role is focused on driving the early stages of the sales cycle through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic lead generation. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging key decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate and nurture a strong sales pipeline. Identify key decision-makers and develop tailored outreach strategies to engage and convert them.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in IT staffing or professional services)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation targets
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach strategies effectively
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment
