Role Overview
This leadership role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding strategic relationships within top-tier financial institutions. The position oversees a high-performing sales team responsible for new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts across complex enterprise environments.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to drive net-new business and expansion within assigned financial services accounts, own territory strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and overall sales execution against revenue targets.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership, preferably within financial services, payments, or enterprise software
- Proven ability to lead complex B2B sales cycles including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
- Strong understanding of financial services ecosystems, payment systems, and enterprise integration models
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing high-performing sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking, forecasting, and territory planning capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at executive level
- Ability to analyze business performance metrics and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
