Role Overview

This role is focused on driving business growth and expanding market opportunities within the Latin American advertising ecosystem. You will lead sales initiatives by building strong relationships with agencies, brands, media buyers, and technology partners.

What You Will Do

You will educate customers on emerging opportunities, develop tailored proposals, and support long-term commercial partnerships. You will also manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and partnership growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the media, advertising, ad tech, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of advertising agencies, brand marketing priorities, and the digital media landscape
  • Proven knowledge of programmatic advertising and/or programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH) ecosystems
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to build persuasive sales narratives
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with strong ownership and accountability for business results
  • Professional fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is highly advantageous
