Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Engineer to support enterprise-level sales initiatives within a fast-growing cybersecurity and technology environment. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales journey, helping organizations evaluate and adopt innovative security solutions.

Deliver impactful technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs to both technical and executive audiences. Conduct technical discovery sessions and provide expert guidance throughout the evaluation and decision-making process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales Engineering experience or equivalent experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Proven ability to support complex enterprise sales cycles and influence strategic purchasing decisions.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into measurable business value and outcomes.
  • Excellent discovery, consultative selling, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to identify customer challenges, architect solutions, and clearly communicate technical recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated commitment to delivering successful outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or similar credentials are considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of messaging security, internet security principles, networking concepts, and internet protocols including HTTP, SMTP, and DNS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, firewalls, routers, and related infrastructure technologies is advantageous.
