Role Overview

This role is a key driver in shaping how data is transformed, trusted, and leveraged across the organization. You will be responsible for building scalable and reliable data models that turn raw information into actionable business insights.

What You Will Do

Design robust data transformation pipelines, develop and maintain ETL/ELT data transformation models, build and maintain automated data quality tests, and design and document scalable data models and processes.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical expertise and hands-on experience in data modeling, transformation, and analytics engineering within modern data environments
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL with strong experience in complex data transformation logic
  • Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) for building scalable data models
  • Strong experience with GitHub or similar version control systems
  • Solid background in data modeling and data warehouse architecture, including layered (bronze, silver, gold) frameworks
  • Experience implementing automated data testing and validation frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to produce clear, user-friendly documentation for data processes and models
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a high-impact, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly on data-related challenges
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet tools for data manipulation and analysis
