Role Overview
This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling People function and is responsible for designing and strengthening the operational backbone that supports the entire employee lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Own and continuously improve end-to-end People Operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee lifecycle workflows, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accuracy across the organization.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a related role within a high-growth or technology-driven environment
- Proven experience owning employee lifecycle processes end-to-end, with strong capability in building and maintaining SOPs and scalable workflows
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, HiBob, Paylocity), with a strong focus on data integrity, process execution, and operational governance
- Strong understanding of payroll and benefits operations, including data flow, reconciliation, and internal controls
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and Compliance teams in complex organizational environments
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance frameworks, including I-9, EEO-1, FMLA, and multi-state employment regulations
- Highly detail-oriented, systems-minded, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear processes and guidance
