Role Overview

Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnership opportunities, build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, lead complex commercial negotiations, and oversee partnership implementation.

• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex partnership agreements
• Strong understanding of Web3 business models, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized technologies
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts, architectures, data workflows, and emerging technology trends
• Strong commercial acumen with experience designing creative and non-standard partnership structures
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and hands-on execution
• High level of adaptability and comfort operating in rapidly evolving and ambiguous environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously
• Commitment to ethical business practices, integrity, and transparent communication
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% or more as required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
