Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Business Development, or similar partner-facing roles
- Proven track record of owning revenue-generating partnerships end-to-end with measurable business impact
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and influencing senior executives
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams effectively
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for forecasting, performance tracking, and identifying growth opportunities
- Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong execution discipline
- AI-native mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, automation, and output quality
