Role Overview

What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and order objectives within the assigned territory. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the microelectronics sector.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 4+ years of outside sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, chemicals, or related industries
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to closing deals
- Strong background in key account management and relationship building at senior levels
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% within the territory, with occasional additional travel
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to meet basic physical requirements (including lifting up to 40 lbs)
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and structured sales funnel management is a plus
