Requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from advertising and media sales across various channels and platforms.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales approaches.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers to drive sales opportunities and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations to drive performance.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and client management capabilities.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
