Sales Director

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Leader to lead our team and drive revenue through advertising and media sales opportunities across JOLT charging stations.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from advertising and media sales across various channels and platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales approaches.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers to drive sales opportunities and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations to drive performance.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and client management capabilities.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Media Sales experience essential.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of advertising and media sales processes.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, including data-driven insights and client responses.
