Requirements
- Ensure the reliable day-to-day operation and administration of marketing and CX platforms
- Manage user lifecycle processes, including account provisioning, access rights, and role-based permissions
- Execute and oversee data and list uploads across marketing automation and survey platforms
- Perform data validation activities in Qualtrics, including quality assurance and consistency checks
- Extract, analyze, and provide data sets to support reporting, operational monitoring, and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain recurring operational reports
- Identify, investigate, and resolve system-related issues
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal user support
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, user guidelines, and knowledge base materials
