Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack Growth

Role Overview

Transforming the justice system with technology, building an artificial intelligence, and dealing with over 7 billion legal documents. The Growth team is responsible for the company’s monetization strategies.

What You Will Do

Develop full-stack solutions for B2B monetization strategies, act in both backend and interface services, conduct experiments, and follow metrics to measure the impact of changes in conversion.

Requirements

• Solid experience using one of the following backend technologies: Scala, Java, Go, or Node.js
• Previous experience or availability for frontend development using React or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with API integration and consumption, and service-oriented architecture
• Ability to act in a full-stack environment, contributing to backend and frontend demands and evolving contracts between services
• Experience in software development assisted by LLMs
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments
• Familiarity with automated testing (unitary, integration, and end-to-end) and quality of software practices
• Experience with modern development practices, including CI/CD, code review, and versioning with Git
• Experience with experimentation, product metrics, feature flags, and impact analysis of changes in business-oriented growth and conversion contexts
• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with payment systems (gateway integrations, transactions, recurrence)
