Vice President, Growth Marketing

Role Overview

Justworks is seeking a VP of Growth to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion across their portfolio while building more scalable, efficient ways to grow. The role will lead Growth Marketing through a significant transformation, strengthening the sales-led motion and scaling digital-first experiences.

What You Will Do

The VP of Growth will lead the growth strategy and its commercial delivery, translating company and Marketing priorities into an integrated growth plan across acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle marketing. They will also develop lifecycle and expansion motions, manage investment across the growth portfolio, and build an effective learning and measurement discipline.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Experience developing lifecycle strategies
