Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will ensure that your stores are focused on sales and customers, achieving this through regular store visits, targeted communication, individual leadership, and regular coaching of your teams.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include regular store visits, implementing and maintaining store concepts and routines, developing and training store managers, and ensuring the best teams in your stores.
