Head of Marketing

Role Overview

Develop and implement international marketing strategy, lead marketing team, and control corporate communication. Responsible for annual marketing planning, brand development, and digital marketing channels. Develop go-to-market strategies, create value propositions, and support international trade fairs.

Requirements

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in B2B marketing and in leading and developing teams
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment, preferably in solar energy, construction, building technology, or renewable energies
• In-depth knowledge of brand management, product marketing, and digital marketing
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analysis tools
• Technical understanding and the ability to convincingly position complex products
• Fluent German and English skills
