Management Trainee – AI Operations

Role Overview

This is an entry-level role for fresh graduates who want to begin their careers in a client-facing and technology-driven environment. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions on Kapture’s platform.

What You Will Do

You will work with product, technology and support teams to understand client requirements and business objectives, assist in preparing and maintaining documentation, support project execution activities, participate in client meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
