Senior/Lead Growth Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Analyst to help KatKin make better, faster decisions across Acquisition, Retention and Product growth. The role involves working as an embedded strategic partner to growth teams, shaping questions, identifying opportunities, and turning analysis into clear recommendations.

What You Will Do

You will lead data analysis, spot risks and opportunities, design experiments, partner with Marketing and Product teams, build customer insights, and diagnose performance trends.

Requirements

• Strong experience in marketing analytics, product analytics or growth analytics
• Excellent SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
• Experience analysing funnels, cohorts, experiments, campaigns and customer lifecycle behaviour
• Experience with attribution, marketing mix, channel optimisation and performance marketing analytics
• Ability to move beyond descriptive reporting into diagnosis, recommendation and action
• Strong commercial judgement: you understand that not all growth is equal, and can connect customer behaviour to business outcomes
• Confidence working with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Finance, Engineering and Data
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to tell simple, persuasive stories from complex analysis
• High agency and curiosity: you do not wait for perfect briefs, and you actively look for ways data can improve business performance
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, prioritising ruthlessly and focusing on work with measurable impact
