Product Marketing (Product Planning / Product Management) – Semiconductor Parametric Test

Role Overview

The position is responsible for product planning from product planning to post-launch product management. From dialogue with domestic and foreign customers to identifying the measurement performance and usage required for the next product, and connecting it to business strategy, product strategy, and product concept, and working together with Japan’s development and production department to shape the product and deliver it to the market through global sales and support departments.

What You Will Do

Analyze semiconductor technology, measurement needs, market and competitive trends to identify new business opportunities, understand current measurement challenges and future needs through dialogue with domestic and foreign customers and industry leaders, formulate business strategy and product strategy based on market opportunities and customer needs and propose to the management layer, determine the concept and requirements of new products and promote product planning, collaborate with development, production, sales, and other departments to lead marketing activities for new product development projects, plan and promote product launches and support global sales activities, manage product lifecycle, positioning, pricing strategy, and product portfolio as a post-launch product manager, communicate the technical value of products to customers through sales materials and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in semiconductor, electrical and electronic engineering, or other engineering fields
• 5 years or more of work experience in the field of electronic measurement, semiconductor, or electronic equipment
• Basic knowledge of semiconductors, electrical and electronic circuits, and software
• Ability to conduct business smoothly in Japanese and English, and ability to read, write, and converse in English for business purposes
• Ability to understand technical content and propose logically
• Experience of collaborating with others to advance projects
