Role Overview
As a District Sales Manager, you are accountable for hiring and developing a team of sales professionals and growing the area. We are a people business at our core, treating both customers and associates with the same respect.
What You Will Do
Attract sales talent, develop sales associates, cultivate strong relationships with customers, plan and prioritize customer stops and territory growth, meet or exceed sales quotas, and maintain accurate records of daily sales activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
2-4 years of experience in hiring, training, and/or managing individuals and teams, ability to move to and from customer and associates’ locations, and strong sales skills.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training, and/or managing individuals and teams
- The ability to move to and from potential or actual customer and associates’ locations and Company meetings at locations within the assigned geographic area of responsibility while holding the required insurance coverage minimums
- The execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibit(s)
