As a Data Operations Lead, you will manage the end-to-end Data Operations process and direct workflow through Data and Analytics, leveraging agile methodologies and ensuring maximum output and quality. You will oversee data production support of cutting-edge enterprise data environments and drive process management, produce efficiency and cost reduction through resource and data process analysis and optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Data Operations management experience
- 5+ years of experience with data warehousing, BI, and reporting tools
- College Degree of any related courses
- Ability to balance the demands of multiple projects while pushing the intellectual envelope in search of solutions to complex problems
- Experience demonstrating breadth, creativity, and innovation
- Experience in supporting internal stakeholders, with a proven track record of customer excellence
- A highly organised nature with high attention to detail
- Present ideas & concepts logically with accurate documentation
- Plan and prioritises own work as well as guides others to ensure all goals are met
- Experience with JIRA project management software
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI software
- Agile delivery qualifications (e.g. SAFE; Six Sigma)
