Associate Data Analyst

Role Overview

As an Associate, Digital focused on Data Analytics, you will support senior team members in the delivery of digital products through reporting and data analysis solutions. You will contribute to analytics initiatives across a variety of client engagements, including dashboarding, exploratory analysis, KPI tracking, and data quality validation.

What You Will Do

Assist client and internal teams in understanding business questions and helping translate them into analytical requirements, analyze datasets to identify basic trends, patterns, and insights, and assist in building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or related role
• Exposure to programming in Python, R, or related languages
• Foundational proficiency in SQL and basic experience querying database systems or cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Foundational understanding of data modeling principles and analytics best practices
• Understanding of key business metrics and how KPIs are defined and tracked
• Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and introductory A/B testing principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
• Interest in learning about data governance, privacy, and security best practices
• Curiosity about AI and ability to leverage AI tools to support your work
