Role Overview

Join our Trade Finance Operations team within the Wholesale Banking Group as a dynamic and detail-oriented professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day trade transactions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and error-free execution of trade-related services.

What You Will Do

Handle day-to-day trade transactions, coordinate with CPC for transaction processing and discrepancy resolution, liaise with various business groups within the bank for operational support, ensure error-free and timely execution of trade transactions, and adhere to compliance and internal operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Handle day-to-day trade transactions
• Coordinate with CPC for transaction processing and discrepancy resolution
• Liaise with various business groups within the bank for operational support
• Ensure error-free and timely execution of trade transactions
• Adhere to compliance and internal operational guidelines
• Coordinate with clients and correspondent banks to resolve queries raised by Trade Finance/CMS Operations
• Issue Letters of Credit and ensure proper documentation
• Conduct initial scrutiny of trade documents before forwarding to CPC for processing
• Attend to front-end requirements of corporate customers
• Coordinate with CPC, CMS, and Clearing teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements
• Ensure all transactions are processed within agreed turnaround times (TAT)
• Maintain familiarity with Trade Finance and CMS products
