We’re looking for a Sr Marketing Ops Specialist to join our team. As a Sr Marketing Ops Specialist, you will support end-to-end project management for go-to-market initiatives, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and manage operational and administrative processes.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or project coordination
- Deep understanding of marketing and go-to-market processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management tools and content management systems
- A structured thinker and strong communicator
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure in dynamic environments
- A proactive, resourceful attitude
- A self-starter with exceptional initiative
- Demonstrated experience working with global client bases across North America, the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia
- Prior experience in the crypto industry is preferred
