Business Development Specialist

We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to generate and qualify new business through outbound prospecting, build a strong pipeline, and support quotes, proposals, and RFP responses.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or high-activity customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability (or strong drive) to prospect, cold reach, and open doors
  • Competitive mindset—you like targets, metrics, and winning
  • Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in writing
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel; B2B experience is a plus
