Role Overview
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that identifies process inefficiencies and implements simple, efficient, and more effective ways of working. The role will work collaboratively with the Sector and Service Marketing, Communications, and Commercial Success teams to create, maintain, and evolve processes and workflows.
What You Will Do
The key objectives of the role are to help marketing and BD teams spend more time on high-value, human-centred work by reducing manual effort, removing friction, and making better use of tools and data. This will be achieved by partnering with teams to identify process inefficiencies, designing and optimising scalable marketing and BD operational processes, and using operational data and performance insights to identify bottlenecks and measure the impact of change.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations, process improvement, enablement, workflow optimisation, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of how marketing and business development teams operate. They will be able to identify inefficiencies, simplify processes, and deliver operational improvements, including introducing the use of automation, workflow tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
