Role Overview

Contribute to the Gibbs & Cox team by delivering outcomes that matter. The Growth Manager is responsible for identifying, shaping, and securing new business across the Australian maritime sector.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships, lead client engagement, and prepare high-quality proposals.

• Ability to develop high-quality written proposals

• Demonstrated leadership capability, and ability to influence senior stakeholders
