Role Overview
As the Growth Manager for the Italy-Nigeria corridor, you’ll drive LemFi’s expansion across Nigerian communities in one of our most critical markets.
What You Will Do
You will direct influencer negotiations, manage external agencies, partners, and key community leaders, and execute grassroots field marketing.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments with a background in growth, sales, marketing or similar.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian and diaspora community in Italy.
- Proven ability to work against targets and deliver measurable results.
- Strong data-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial and tenacious.
- Self-motivated and effective working independently and in remote environments.
