FP&A Specialist position at LEROY MERLIN in Marousi, Greece, to collect, consolidate and validate financial data, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide financial insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Audit or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Good understanding of Management reporting and IFRS.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP and BI tool knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Ability to turn financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Organized, proactive and comfortable working under deadlines.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
