Digital Marketing Specialist (Affiliate/Refferal Programs/Webinars)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and coordinate growth initiatives across B2C and B2B channels. The role will focus on webinars, events & partnerships, and require experience in digital marketing, project management, and analytics.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, Affiliate, Refferal Programs,Webinars
• Project Management skills
• Experience working across both B2C and B2B marketing models
• Background in marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing apps (ticketing experience is a plus)
• Proven understanding of acquisition and lifecycle retention strategies
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio)
• Comfortable working with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make); AI-driven tools are a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple initiatives
• Languages: English is a must
• Nice to Have: Experience in legal-tech or regulated industries, Exposure to AI-enhanced marketing workflows, Experience supporting event-led or partnership-driven growth
