Data Engineer

We are looking for a highly qualified Lead Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our data infrastructure for the launch of a new product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Mastery of Python, SQL, and data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and Airbyte.
• Experience with database management systems like PostgreSQL and Snowflake, along with a solid understanding of data modeling.
• Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, including data service management.
• Expertise in data quality, data governance, and data management best practices.
• Experience in data science or ML industrialization is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Metabase, Hightouch, Secoda, and Terraform is an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to tackle Data Engineering challenges.
• Collaborative mindset, able to co-build solutions with other technical and business teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage projects effectively while respecting deadlines and objectives.
