Senior FP&A Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst role plays a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the Central & Eastern Europe region. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of financial planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Experience with planning tools (e.g., Hyperion) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
