We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support the launch of a cardiovascular product in the critical care space. In this highly strategic, field-based role, you will engage key stakeholders across complex hospital systems, academic institutions, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and GPOs to drive product adoption and market access.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience
- 7+ years working with large academic health systems, IDNs, and/or GPOs, ideally in Critical Care or Cardiology
- Contract management experience
- Strong knowledge of Managed Care coverage and product reimbursement
- Experience collaborating across marketing, medical, field teams, and market access functions
- Understanding of EMR systems, CPOE, and order set development
- Ability to travel more than 50%
- Cardiology and/or startup pharma experience preferred
